HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

• Email your inquiry using the form at the bottom of this page or email me directly at hello@get-jpn.com.
• Receive a quote for the purchase price or maximum cost when bidding.
• Pay the invoice (via PayPal or Shopify) and receive email updates until the container arrives.
• Schedule an appointment and pick up your parts or arrange shipping (contiguous U.S. only).

(OPTIONAL) We can accept outside parts (shipped domestically from you or from Buyee, FJ, Jauce, etc.) for the container. There will be a ¥5,000 outside package receiving fee, and the 23% commission will apply to the declared value of the part(s). Inquire for the Osaka address.

• Container #22: (2/13/25) Delivered. Parts are ready for pickup.
• Container #21: (12/9/24) Delivered. Parts are ready for pickup.

Estimated/approximate arrival dates are not guaranteed. Providing a specific ETA is challenging because of the nature of container shipments. All customers will receive updates via email. Our focus is to fill containers quickly to meet or exceed deadlines and to grow the service in order to fill containers faster.

SERVICE CHARGES INCLUDE:

• 23% commission of purchase price / winning bid price (¥2,300 minimum).
• Domestic shipping (within Japan) from the seller to Osaka. This depends on the item size and the seller's location. We will tell you what this charge will amount to before your purchase/bid.
• Ocean freight to California (see rates below).

DISCLAIMERS / TERMS OF SERVICE:

• Invoices must be paid within 48 hours. The above costs are due once the auction is won or the purchase is finalized.
• GET JAPAN is not responsible for sellers delivering items not as described. While receiving an item not as described is uncommon, it can happen. Please don't hesitate to ask our opinion if you need clarification about a specific item's state or condition (e.g., a description you can't understand, bad-quality images, etc.). Once a bid is placed or a purchase is finalized, it cannot be canceled.
• If you are in a hurry to get or need parts by a strict deadline around the estimated arrival time, this service is not a good fit for you.
• GET JAPAN will not be held financially liable for parts not purchased through us.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
